Products can be returned under the following conditions:

- Expired products (rare, but we cover it)
- Quality issues

- Products damaged due to misuse
- Opened/seal broken food products
- Personal hygiene products
- Products past return period (7 days)
- Change of mind (non-defective items)
⚠️ Important: For hygiene reasons, food products can only be returned if the seal is intact and unbroken.

- Net Banking: 3-5 business days
- UPI: 24-48 hours
- Cash on Delivery: Bank transfer to provided account

Condition of Returned Products
