  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Opened/seal broken food products
  • Personal hygiene products
  • Products past return period (7 days)
  • Change of mind (non-defective items)

⚠️ Important: For hygiene reasons, food products can only be returned if the seal is intact and unbroken.

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days to reflect in your statement
  • Net Banking: 3-5 business days
  • UPI: 24-48 hours
  • Cash on Delivery: Bank transfer to provided account

Condition of Returned Products
